A Not so Friendly First Encounter

Cash was curious and hesitant at first but then began to try to play with the stranger. Nor was having none of it with this strange younger dog. He raised his lips and grumbled a growl a few times in a warning but Cash didn't take the warning serious. Finally the Northern Jaro had enough when the pup jumped up at him to play. In a sudden burst of aggression Nor turned with jaws wide to grab the rifle dog who was too surprised to react in time. With a light grab and release the lighter dog snapped after the dark dog in a dominating manor, but he wasn't ready to submit. Suddenly it was flashes of white teeth, and loud snarls, as the dogs wrestled and snapped at one another. Katherine watched on carefully. She knew they would have to go through this sooner or later. With a yelp it was ended. "HEY!" Katherine yelled striding forward. Instantly both dogs backed off, ears down, heads low, and tails curled. They may be fighting for dominance between each other but they knew who the true leader of this pack was. Looking over each of them she could tell who was the biter and who was the yelper. It didn't matter, they weren't hurt, and they should be alright for now on.
